Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be the operational backbone of our kitchen, responsible for both process and people. Your core duties will include:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards during every service.
- Championing and enforcing impeccable food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Guiding, mentoring, and supporting junior kitchen staff, helping to develop their skills and confidence in a positive environment.
- Managing kitchen preparation, inventory levels, and supply ordering with accuracy and foresight.
- Collaborating seamlessly with the Outlet Manager as a true partner to align kitchen operations with front-of-house service, especially during peak periods.
Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in a supervisory or senior role within a kitchen or high-volume food service environment.
- A deep, practical understanding of food safety standards, kitchen workflows, and the rhythm of service.
- A natural ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively within a team under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining an organised workspace.
- A calm, proactive demeanour and a genuine pride in maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
