Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the final presentation of our vehicles. Your daily tasks will ensure every car that leaves our yard looks impeccable:
- Performing comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning of our rental fleet, including washing, vacuuming, and thorough detailing.
- Ensuring all interior surfaces, from windows and dashboards to seats and carpets, are spotless and fresh.
- Conducting careful inspections of each vehicle for any damage or issues and reporting them accurately for timely repair.
- Safely moving vehicles within our yard and parking areas, and occasionally delivering vehicles to locations like the airport or nearby hotels.
- Making sure every vehicle meets our company’s strict standards for cleanliness and presentation before it’s handed to a customer.
- Assisting with keeping our yard organised and tidy, and helping with basic maintenance tasks as part of the team effort.
What We’re Looking For
We value attitude and reliability as much as experience. The right person for this role will have:
- A current, valid New Zealand driver’s licence (this is non-negotiable for the role).
- A reliable, punctual, and hardworking nature—someone we can count on.
- The ability to manage your own tasks efficiently while also being a great team player.
- A keen eye for detail and good time management to keep our workflow smooth.
- The physical fitness required for an active role that involves being on your feet and moving around.
Previous experience in car grooming or detailing is a great advantage, but don’t let a lack of experience hold you back we provide full training to motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
