Your Key Responsibilities
As a core member of our cleaning crew, you’ll be responsible for transforming homes to our high standards. Your day will involve:
- Performing comprehensive residential cleaning using our professional systems and techniques.
- Paying meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring nothing is missed you notice what others don’t.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with your team and, when needed, with clients.
- Managing your time and tasks efficiently on larger projects, handling multiple priorities with a “bring it on” attitude.
- Maintaining a positive, energetic demeanor throughout your shift, starting as early as 5:00 AM for some crews.
- Using your own reliable transportation to travel to various client locations.
What You Bring to Our Team (The Essentials)
To be successful, you must meet and embody the following:
- At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience.
- A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transportation.
- The ability to provide a clear Criminal Record Check.
- A smartphone with data for using navigation and communication apps.
- You must LOVE cleaning and take pride in creating impeccable environments.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow specific directions.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, optimistic attitude.
- The physical fitness and stamina for a demanding, active job.
- A proactive, early-morning mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
What We Provide for You

- A full-time, permanent position with weekdays only (Monday-Friday) and all weekends and holidays off.
- A competitive hourly wage between $17.00 and $25.00, plus tips.
