Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaner with Zenith, you will be entrusted with maintaining our clients’ premises to impeccable standards. Your core duties will include:
- Performing comprehensive cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Ensuring cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors; emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
- Conducting minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, and reporting any major issues to your supervisor promptly.
- Strictly adhering to all safety protocols and hygiene standards while using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding professionally to client inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
We welcome applicants who are dedicated and ready to contribute to our high standards. You should have:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude.
- Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English. Knowledge of cleaning procedures is an advantage.
- A dedicated work ethic, strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
