Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the expert on-site, trusted to manage a wide range of tasks efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Conducting fault finding, maintenance, and repairs across both residential and commercial properties.
  • Performing switchboard upgrades and new electrical installations to Australian Standards.
  • Undertaking solar and battery system work as part of our diverse project mix.
  • Working autonomously using our digital job management system to complete jobs, update statuses, and order parts—eliminating paperwork hassle.
  • Providing clear, professional communication and excellent service to customers at every job.

Qualifications

To join our team, you’ll need to meet these essential requirements:

  • A current NSW Electrical Tradesperson Licence (Australian Electrical Licence).
  • Trade qualification with a minimum of 2+ years of post-capstone, hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial electrical maintenance and installations.
  • A strong, working knowledge of Australian Wiring Standards (AS/NZS 3000).
  • A valid manual driver’s licence and Construction White Card.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • The ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills and top-notch customer service.

Bonus points if you have solar experience, a Working at Heights ticket, or a First Aid certificate.
