This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday morning schedule (8am-12pm), with the opportunity to pick up additional hours for those seeking full-time work. Key Responsibilities
As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your key duties will include:
- Wiping down and disinfecting all surfaces, including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
- Removing trash and replacing liners.
- Replenishing restroom and kitchen supplies such as towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
- Performing floor care: sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming.
- Serving as an extra set of eyes for the facility, reporting any maintenance issues, repairs needed, or leaks you observe.
- Representing 4M with a professional, courteous, and resourceful attitude at all times.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years of age.
- Some prior janitorial or cleaning experience (we will provide training in our specific best practices).
- Reliable personal transportation.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- A commitment to following all safety guidelines, social distancing protocols, and wearing provided company apparel and PPE as required.
