We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems accurately and fixing them efficiently. What You Will Be Doing
- You will be inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles, handling everything from basic maintenance to complex mechanical issues.
- You will use your knowledge of brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine systems to get to the root of the problem and fix it right the first time.
- You will work comfortably on your own using your personal tools, but you will also collaborate with the team when a second set of eyes is needed.
- You will operate shop equipment confidently, including lifts, tire changers, balancers, and alignment machines.
- You will follow safety and environmental standards closely, keeping the shop clean and compliant every day.
What We Are Looking For
- You have proven experience as an automotive technician and can handle repairs independently without constant supervision.
- You own your own set of tools and take care of them this is non-negotiable for the work we do.
- You have a valid driver’s license that meets our insurance requirements, and you are comfortable test-driving vehicles after repairs.
- You hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or ASE certifications will make you stand out.
- You have a positive attitude and a track record of being productive without cutting corners.
- If you are an emissions tester or have that certification, please let us known it is a definite plus.
