Key Responsibilities
You will be a key driver of daily success within your department. Your primary duties will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of colleagues to improve engagement, efficiency, and retention.
- Upholding and executing high merchandising and operational standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assisting in managing the department’s financial objectives and contributing to its overall performance.
- Helping to recruit and onboard fantastic new talent to strengthen our team.
- Fostering an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace where everyone feels they belong.
- Providing outstanding, resourceful customer service and resolving inquiries with care and professionalism.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic leader who brings:
- Proven people leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating a team.
- A consistent record of delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
- The physical ability to be mobile for an entire shift and lift up to 50lbs.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-focused setting is a valuable asset.
