Key Responsibilities

You will be a key driver of daily success within your department. Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of colleagues to improve engagement, efficiency, and retention.
  • Upholding and executing high merchandising and operational standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assisting in managing the department’s financial objectives and contributing to its overall performance.
  • Helping to recruit and onboard fantastic new talent to strengthen our team.
  • Fostering an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace where everyone feels they belong.
  • Providing outstanding, resourceful customer service and resolving inquiries with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic leader who brings:

  • Proven people leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating a team.
  • A consistent record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • The physical ability to be mobile for an entire shift and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-focused setting is a valuable asset.
