This 1099 contractor role is designed for established cleaners who want to add flexible, primarily Monday and/or Wednesday work to their existing schedule. Key Responsibilities
In this independent contractor role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning services to our clients’ homes. Your duties will include:
- Performing thorough, detailed cleaning of residential properties from top to bottom.
- Executing all floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming (please note, a vacuum and mop are not provided).
- Managing your schedule efficiently to clean 1-3 homes per day as assigned.
- Communicating professionally with clients to meet their specific needs and preferences during each session.
- Maintaining the physical capability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting up to 20 lbs, bending, kneeling, and pushing/pulling.
Qualifications
This opportunity is for serious professionals who meet the following non-negotiable requirements:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning.
- Must carry active general liability insurance and provide proof.
- Must have your own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must provide all your own cleaning supplies (a vacuum and mop are required for the job but are not supplied by us).
- A strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
