Key Responsibilities
For the Supervisor Role:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations and part-time staff at the Suntec location, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage schedules, inspect work quality, and provide on-the-job guidance and support to the cleaning team.
- Coordinate with management, handle supply inventory, and ensure compliance with all site-specific procedures and safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters during the shift.
For the Indoor Cleaner Role:
- Perform thorough indoor cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces and restrooms.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure all assigned areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Follow provided checklists and instructions from the Supervisor to complete all tasks within the scheduled shift.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply needs promptly.
Qualifications
For the Supervisor Role:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity, preferably in cleaning or facilities management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 5 days a week.
For the Indoor Cleaner Role:
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and good attention to detail.
- Ability to work the part-time afternoon/evening shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 5 days a week.
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude.
For Both Roles:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
