Key Responsibilities
In this key manufacturing role, you will be integral to our production process, with responsibilities that include:
- Operating, adjusting, and performing basic troubleshooting on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal production flow.
- Managing material changes and feeding systems to maintain continuous operations.
- Executing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S initiatives to uphold efficiency and workplace organization.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all quality control measures and safety regulations.
- Working collaboratively within a shift-based team to meet production targets and maintain our high standards.
