Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for core production activities that ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your duties will include:
- Safely operating, monitoring, and performing basic adjustments and troubleshooting on production machinery.
- Executing material changes and feeding systems to maintain continuous workflow.
- Participating in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S initiatives to uphold efficiency, organization, and safety.
- Strictly adhering to all quality control measures and workplace safety regulations.
- Working collaboratively within a shift-based schedule to meet production targets.
