Key Responsibilities
Your role is central to ensuring safe, enjoyable, and professional travel for every passenger.
- Safely operate a motorcoach (up to 45 feet) and other passenger vehicles on a variety of trips, which may include multi-day tours, city routes, and mountainous terrain in all weather conditions.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all passengers, assisting with boarding, disembarking, and wheelchair lifts as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations and apply defensive driving techniques at all times.
- Manually load and unload passenger baggage, which may involve lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Complete all required trip documentation, logs, and vehicle inspection reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications
We are looking for qualified professionals who meet these specific and non-negotiable requirements.
- You must possess and maintain a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Passenger (P) endorsement and NO air brake restrictions.
- A current DOT Medical Card is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven Motorcoach driving experience is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate driving and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings and a background/MVR check.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- A professional, customer-focused attitude is essential.
