What You’ll Be Doing
General Labouring Duties:
- Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors.
- Manual handling of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Site setup and pack-down.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Moving materials safely around site.
- Digging, lifting, carrying, and general physical tasks.
Site Support and Safety:
- Keeping worksites clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
- Removing rubbish and debris.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
- Correct use of PPE and reporting hazards.
- Working safely around plant, machinery, and other workers.
Additional Tasks May Include:
- Basic use of hand and power tools (experience dependent).
- Traffic management assistance (if qualified).
- Assisting with concrete prep, demolition, or landscaping.
- Working to instructions and daily productivity expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transport.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to meet pre-employment requirements including drug screening.
- Site Safe certification is highly desirable.
- Previous labouring or site experience preferred but not essential.
