Your Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our painting team, you will be entrusted to deliver exceptional results across our range of services. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Executing high-quality painting and decorating work on various projects, including residential repaints, commercial sites, and strata properties.
- Preparing surfaces meticulously through cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming to ensure a flawless base for the finish.
- Applying a range of paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment with skill and precision.
- Working collaboratively with the team and clients, maintaining clear communication and a professional on-site presence.
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures and contributing to a tidy, organised, and efficient worksite.

What You Bring to the Team
