You will be responsible for the complete painting process, from initial site assessment to final clean-up, working both independently and as part of a crew. Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will manage painting projects from start to finish, ensuring every job meets our high standards. Your core duties will include:

  • Reviewing job orders, inspecting worksites, and planning the most efficient work procedures and material requirements.
  • Performing thorough surface preparation, including washing, scraping, sanding, filling holes/cracks, and applying chemical removers as needed.
  • Protecting all non-painted surfaces with drop cloths, plastic, and painter’s tape.
  • Mixing and matching paints, and applying primers, sealers, and topcoats using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Safely erecting scaffolding and using ladders/lifts to access high areas.
  • Inspecting finished work for quality, performing touch-ups, and conducting a thorough final clean-up of the worksite.
  • Strictly adhering to all health, safety, and hazardous material handling regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience.
  • A proven commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to workplace safety.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.
  • The physical ability to work in various conditions (cold, dusty, indoor, and outdoor).

  • Clean police records and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
