Key Responsibilities
In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and event readiness of our hall. Your primary duties will include:
- Performing general cleaning tasks throughout the facility to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Setting up for daily events, which involves moving and arranging furniture (tables, chairs, etc.) according to specific layout plans.
- Ensuring all items are in their correct place before and after events, paying close attention to detail.
- Performing post-event cleanup and resetting the space for its next use.
- Communicating any maintenance needs or inventory issues to management.
