Key Responsibilities
Your primary duty is the safe and punctual transportation of students to and from school each day.
- Safely operate a school bus along an established route, picking up and dropping off students at designated stops.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in perfect working order.
- Adhere strictly to all school bus safety standards and traffic laws.
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle, and attend required monthly safety meetings.
- Be available for additional opportunities such as field trips, activity trips, and charter runs to supplement hours.
Qualifications
We are looking for responsible individuals who meet these important criteria for the safety of our students.
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of verifiable driving history with a clean record for the past 24-36 months.
- The ability and willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) through our paid training program is required.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.
- A patient, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude is essential.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is a valuable asset for our community.
