Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you will be a key pillar in our kitchen operations, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team to deliver excellence. Your core duties will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef in managing all daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervising, supporting, and training the kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of consistency, quality, and timely dish delivery.
- Overseeing all stages of food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure every plate meets our creative and quality benchmarks.
- Enforcing strict hygiene, food safety, and health regulations throughout all kitchen processes.
- Communicating clearly, proactively, and respectfully with both the kitchen brigade and management.
- Contributing to a collaborative environment that prioritizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.
