Key Responsibilities
Your work will be essential to maintaining the high standards our clients expect in their facilities.
- Provide complete janitorial services by thoroughly dusting, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing floors and all surfaces.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment by disinfecting high-touch areas and restrooms.
- Collect, manage, and properly dispose of all waste from the assigned facilities.
- Clean and maintain common areas, entrances, stairwells, and other public spaces.
- Learn and apply our industry-leading cleaning techniques to deliver consistently outstanding results.
- Provide friendly, exceptional customer service, addressing the unique needs of each client with a positive attitude.

- A genuine passion for customer service and a positive, friendly demeanor are essential.
- You must have a keen eye for detail and take pride in achieving thorough, high-quality results.
- The ability to adapt, learn new skills quickly, and follow our certified training programs is important.
- All candidates must successfully pass a Police Background Check.
- Physical capability to meet the job demands, including lifting up to 30 lbs, standing/walking for the full shift, and bending, stretching, and climbing stairs.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
