Key Responsibilities
Your role will be diverse, requiring adaptability and a willingness to tackle different tasks each day.
- Safely operate a box truck to make deliveries and pickups at various company locations in the local area.
- Assist with a wide range of facility maintenance duties, lawn care, and general warehouse functions as needed.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Follow all safety procedures meticulously, especially when working in confined spaces or at elevated heights with protective equipment.
- Complete any other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a team-first attitude.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious individual who is ready to take on a multifaceted role.
- You must be able to obtain a Class E Driver’s License.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of common tools and their applications are required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately are essential.
- Must be motivated to learn new skills, adaptable, and willing to go the extra mile for the team.
- Physical ability to perform demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in various conditions.
- A strong respect for safety, self, co-workers, and clients is a core requirement.
