Key Responsibilities
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of materials within our warehouse. Your core duties will include:
- Strategically organizing purchased materials to maximize space efficiency and ensure easy retrieval for production.
- Coordinating the precise transportation and supply of components to our manufacturing lines to prevent disruptions and maintain workflow.
- Managing the accurate picking, packing, and shipment of finished goods to meet customer delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Contributing to capacity planning to anticipate and accommodate future business growth and changes in inventory needs.
- Maintaining impeccable records and adhering to all safety and procedural standards within the warehouse environment.

You have 2-4 years of experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role within a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
Non-Negotiable Skills:
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and safe material handling practices.
