Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead workers performing on site work for carpentry formworks and reinforcement of concrete works ensuring all activities are executed safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all timber formwork and structural reinforcement works comply with SS requirements and meet the quality standards expected for each project.
- Read and interpret construction drawings accurately to guide the team in proper formwork installation and reinforcement placement according to specifications.
- Carry out construction work involving formwork, reinforcement, and concreting activities as needed to support project progress and team coordination.

- Monitor the shutter making and assembling process ensuring all formwork components are fabricated and installed to the required standards.
