Key Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspection and testing of components to ensure they meet strict specifications and quality standards.
  • Handle packaging of finished products, ensuring all items are correctly prepared for shipment.
  • Apply labels accurately and maintain shipping documentation to support efficient logistics.
  • Operate and maintain the barcode system, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and finished goods.
  • Manage mask room control, maintaining organization and cleanliness in this critical area.
  • Oversee packing material control, ensuring adequate supplies are available and stored properly.
  • Work under a microscope for extended periods, maintaining focus and precision in inspection tasks.
  • Sit for long periods while performing detailed work, maintaining concentration and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to support production goals and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must have basic computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, to support documentation and data entry tasks. Prior work experience in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus, though we are willing to train the right person. Attention to detail, meticulousness, and strong organizational skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods and able to sit for long durations while maintaining focus.
