Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be the hands-on assembly and inspection of our interconnect products. Your daily duties will include:

  • Operating assembly equipment and performing manual assembly of connectors and cable assemblies according to standardized production workflows.
  • Using soldering irons to tin and solder connections on connectors and wire leads with precision.
  • Coordinating with other operators on the production line to maintain workflow and meet output and quality standards.
  • Performing basic visual and measurement-based inspections of products, using tools such as calipers.
  • Accurately recording daily production data and maintaining logs.
  • Maintaining the workstation’s organization and cleanliness following 5S principles.
  • Participating in ongoing assembly and quality assurance training sessions.

Qualifications

This position has specific language and skill requirements. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Mandatory Requirement: Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Experience in a hands-on assembly, soldering, or production role within electronics manufacturing is preferred.
  • Good manual dexterity and the ability to assemble very small, delicate components.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications like Excel for data entry.
  • A careful eye for detail and a strong commitment to producing quality work.

Highly Regarded Skills (Assets):

  • Specific experience with wire tinning and soldering.
  • Proficiency with soldering irons-guns.
  • Experience in visual inspection (QC) and using measurement tools like calipers.
  • Prior experience operating BNA, PNA, or TDR test equipment.
