Key Responsibilities
- Operate blow mould machines efficiently, monitoring the production process and making adjustments as needed.
- Perform manual handling of product including lifting, stacking, and moving finished goods to designated areas.
- Conduct quality control checks on products, identifying defects and removing non conforming items from the production line.
- Complete production paperwork accurately, recording output quantities, downtime, and any issues encountered.
- Carry out general factory labouring duties including cleaning machinery, sweeping floors, and organising work areas.
- Follow all safety instructions and work as part of a team to meet nightly production targets.
- Stay on your feet for extended periods, lifting heavy materials when necessary.
What You Need to Qualify
