Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Operator, you will be a key player on the production floor, with duties focused on operational excellence:
- Operating semiconductor manufacturing and packaging equipment to complete assigned production missions efficiently and accurately.
- Closely monitoring processes to ensure output meets our stringent quality specifications.
- Strictly adhering to and promoting all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and the team.
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts and maintaining accurate production documentation.
- Assisting supervisors and collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are eager to start or grow a career in semiconductors. The ideal candidate will have:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech production environment. This is an excellent entry point for motivated individuals; relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong attention to detail, a responsible work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
- The ability to follow detailed procedures and operate complex equipment after training.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a structured, global organization.
