Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your duties will include:
- Performing comprehensive cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming throughout the resort.
- Inspecting and preparing all rental units to ensure they are immaculate and fully stocked for arriving guests.
- Replenishing guest supplies and amenities to maintain a fully equipped and comfortable environment.
- Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or guest concerns to ensure quick resolutions.
