This is a full-time role where you’ll be the face of our brand, combining your sales expertise with a genuine desire to help customers find life-improving sleep solutions. Key Responsibilities

As the Shop Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day excellence and commercial success of our Whanganui location. Your role will encompass:

  • Guiding customers through their entire journey with expert, personalised advice to find the perfect sleep solution for their needs.
  • Managing the complete sales process from the initial greeting to closing the sale and conducting thoughtful follow-up.
  • Independently overseeing all store operations, including opening and closing, maintaining impeccable presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Handling daily administration, transaction processing, and basic performance reporting accurately and efficiently.
  • Building a loyal customer base through exceptional service and fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and deep product knowledge in every interaction.
