Key Responsibilities
As the Shop Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day excellence and commercial success of our Whanganui location. Your role will encompass:
- Guiding customers through their entire journey with expert, personalised advice to find the perfect sleep solution for their needs.
- Managing the complete sales process from the initial greeting to closing the sale and conducting thoughtful follow-up.
- Independently overseeing all store operations, including opening and closing, maintaining impeccable presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Handling daily administration, transaction processing, and basic performance reporting accurately and efficiently.
- Building a loyal customer base through exceptional service and fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and deep product knowledge in every interaction.
