Key Responsibilities

You will be the friendly face that enhances our guests’ dining experience from start to finish. Your core duties will include:

  • Welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, and providing knowledgeable menu recommendations with a natural upselling approach.
  • Delivering orders promptly and accurately, ensuring every plate and drink meets our high presentation standards.
  • Attentively catering to specific dietary requirements and cultural needs with care and understanding.
  • Efficiently setting, clearing, and resetting tables, and assisting with the replenishment and presentation of buffet stations.
  • Processing transactions through our POS system and assisting with room service orders and delivery.
  • Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas, following all food safety protocols.
  • Working seamlessly as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

We are looking for a team player with a great attitude and a heart for service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong customer service focus and a naturally friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to interact warmly with people from all walks of life.
  • A proactive, reliable nature and the initiative to see what needs to be done.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes early mornings (from 5:30 AM), evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Previous hospitality experience or a relevant qualification is ideal. Barista skills, POS system knowledge, or prior food and beverage experience will be highly regarded.
