About the Role And Clean Nest Limited
Based in Auckland, Clean Nest Limited is committed to delivering efficient and effective cleaning solutions. As a Commercial Cleaner with us, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in diverse environments. This is a hands-on, full-time position offering between 30 to 40 hours per week, with schedules that include nights and weekends to meet our clients’ needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be trained to handle a comprehensive range of commercial cleaning tasks.
- Perform detailed cleaning including vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture.
- Dust, clean, and polish all furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Remove rubbish, recyclables, and empty all bins and containers.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and laundry areas, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment to clean floors and work areas.
- Remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, and overhead fixtures.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents, acids, or solvents to remove stubborn stains and dirt.
- May assist with exterior building cleaning, including water-blasting.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and provide employment references.
- At least 6 months of on-the-job cleaning training or work experience is preferred.
