Key Responsibilities

Your day will be centered around ensuring safe, comfortable, and positive experiences for residents and partners.

  • Safely operate community-owned vehicles, including small cars, passenger vans, and cargo vehicles, to provide authorized transportation.
  • Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and perform routine servicing, cleaning, and fueling to ensure all vehicles are safe and presentable.
  • Interact positively and respectfully with residents, family members, and partners under a variety of circumstances, providing cheerful and timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness in service areas and transportation facilities, such as sweeping and washing floors.
  • Navigate effectively using maps and directions to ensure residents arrive at their destinations comfortably and on time.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dependable individual who brings both skill and a caring attitude to the role.

  • A valid Ohio Driver’s License and a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are required.
  • A minimum of three years of driving experience with cars or small vans is required.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • The ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle and perform pre-trip inspections is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact courteously and effectively with residents are a must.
  • A clean driving record and a genuine commitment to safety and resident comfort are fundamental.
