Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various critical tasks that keep our operations on track. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for timely shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and secured.
- Receiving, inspecting, and unloading incoming shipments, then stocking inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (forklift operation is a plus).
- Performing regular cycle counts and inventory checks to help maintain accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all established safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and support overall warehouse goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable individuals who are eager to learn and contribute. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical role is beneficial but not mandatory; we provide training for motivated individuals.
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory counting.
