Key Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our service team, you will ensure our customers’ vehicles stay safe and reliable. Your daily mission includes:
- Executing high-quality oil changes and scheduled maintenance services with precision.
- Performing detailed assessments of steering, suspension, and brake systems to identify potential safety issues.
- Testing electrical systems and installing batteries to keep our customers on the move.
- Handling all aspects of tire maintenance, from professional installation to complex repairs.
- Conducting thorough test drives to verify that all repairs and adjustments meet our rigorous quality standards.
- Working toward your ASE Certifications (A1–A8) within your first two years, with all fees fully covered by the company.
Qualifications
We are looking for an energetic individual ready to “level up” their technical skills.
- A basic understanding of automotive maintenance, including oil changes and tire repair.
- You must hold a valid driver’s license at all times to operate customer and company vehicles.
- Soft Skills: Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills for accurate documentation and customer interaction.
- Completion of a Vocational-Technical program or 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
- Certifications: While not required to start, a willingness to obtain ASE certifications is a must (and we pay for them!).
- Integrity: A commitment to safety and a “do it right the first time” work ethic.
