Key Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of our facility’s technology and equipment. Your daily mission includes:
- Running essential facility equipment, including mixers, batching systems, mills, grinders, and automated palletizers.
- Collecting product samples and monitoring tank levels, utilizing computer systems to ensure every batch meets our rigorous specifications.
- Safely operating mobile equipment, such as forklifts and loaders, to move materials throughout the plant.
- Maintaining a safe and spotless work environment by adhering to all OSHA-aligned safety policies and procedures.
- Interacting regularly with peers and management to drive continuous improvement and foster a supportive team atmosphere.
- Accurately inputting and recording production data to track our facility’s efficiency and output.
We are looking for a reliable professional who is ready to hit the ground running. To join our 2026 team, you must possess:
- Legal Readiness: You must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Technical Basics: Solid computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform active duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and working in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
- Environmental Adaptability: Comfort working in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise with proper PPE.
- Willingness to work the 2nd shift and accommodate overtime, including weekends and holidays with advance notice.
- Prior experience in production work or basic mechanical troubleshooting will put you at the head of the pack.
