Key Responsibilities
In this vital technical role, you will manage the mechanical integrity of our entire production facility. Your daily mission includes:
- Executing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on critical systems, including conveyors, pumps, gear reducers, and bearings.
- Diagnosing and repairing complex packaging equipment, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to minimize downtime.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical blueprints, schematics, and operation manuals to facilitate accurate repairs.
- Utilizing maintenance software to document all completed work and site conditions, ensuring total operational transparency.
- Operating a wide array of power, pneumatic, and hand tools, as well as forklifts, to complete specialized maintenance tasks.
- Adhering strictly to all safety policies and maintaining a spotless, hazard-free work environment according to OSHA-aligned standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for a “shop-ready” professional with a strong industrial background. To qualify for our 2026 team, you must possess:
- A minimum of one year of direct experience with maintenance trades in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to understand English (verbal/written), perform basic math, and utilize basic computer applications.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active duties such as climbing, crawling, and kneeling in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to work the 1st shift and accommodate overtime, including weekends and holidays with advance notice.
- A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience; knowledge of SAP or CMMS software and professional certifications (CMRT) will put you at the head of the pack.
