What You Will Be Doing
- You will supervise daily construction activities, ensuring that workers are on task and work progresses according to schedule.
- You will coordinate closely with engineers, the main contractor, subcontractors, and your team to keep everything running smoothly.
- You will check that all work follows approved drawings, meets quality standards, and complies with safety requirements.
- You will manage manpower, tools, and materials on site, making sure resources are used efficiently.
- You will conduct regular toolbox meetings to reinforce safety practices and address any concerns before work begins.
- You will oversee high-risk activities, including work at height, and ensure all MOM and WSH regulations are followed.
- You will handle rotating shifts, including day and night work, and be available for overtime when the project demands it.
- You will maintain site discipline and address any issues firmly but fairly to keep the team focused and productive.
What We Are Looking For
- You have a minimum of three to five years of experience in construction site supervision.
- You possess strong leadership skills and can manage workers effectively while maintaining respect and discipline.
- You are willing to work long hours, overtime, weekends, and rotating night shifts as required by site conditions.
- You are comfortable working at height and in demanding environments.
- You have solid knowledge of construction safety practices and MOM regulations.
- You can communicate clearly in English; additional languages such as Tamil, Hindi, or basic Chinese are an advantage.
- A BCA Safety Supervisor Certificate or other relevant construction certification is a plus.
- You are physically fit, mentally strong, and able to handle pressure and tight schedules.
- You are responsible, disciplined, and fully committed to the job.
What We Offer
This is a full-time supervisory role with a monthly salary ranging from SGD 4,600 to SGD 4,800, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. You will work on active construction sites where your leadership directly impacts project success.
