SIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning and Maintenance Technician to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing cleaning duties, supporting maintenance and installation tasks, assisting with deliveries, and helping with general facility upkeep. Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across designated facilities, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and general housekeeping.
- Support installation works as instructed by supervisors.
- Notify supervisors of any low supplies, damaged equipment, or facility issues requiring attention or repair.
- Assist in deliveries and general housekeeping in warehouse and storage areas.
- Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager or Management.
Preferred Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who bring the right attitude and abilities:
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy items.
- Comfortable operating heavy equipment and cleaning tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
- Basic English proficiency – able to read instructions and communicate effectively.
- Willing to work overtime, including after hours and on weekends, when required.
- A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, honest, responsible, and reliable.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: $1,910 – $2,200 per month
- Job Type: Full-time
