Working Hours by Location
- Jurong: 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Changi: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Alexandra: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Orchard: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Wash and store kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware properly.
- Clean floors, drains, workstations, and waste areas regularly.
- Refill cleaning supplies and report any equipment issues.
- Manage waste segregation and disposal according to guidelines.
- Follow food hygiene, workplace safety, and health regulations.
- Follow supervisors’ instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
