Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize daily and seasonal farming activities to ensure timely crop production
- Supervise farm workers and harvesting laborers while coordinating field operations
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, and spray crops using proper agricultural methodsOperate and maintain machinery including tractors, combine harvesters, sprayers, and loaders
