Key Responsibilities
- Perform property maintenance and construction work across a diverse range of tasks including cleaning, plastering, painting, flooring, and installations.
- Undertake full scale renovation projects from start to finish ensuring all work meets client specifications and quality standards.
- Carry out landscaping work including planting, paving, fencing, and outdoor construction as required for residential and commercial properties.
- Complete plastering and painting work to high quality finishes ensuring surfaces are smooth, even, and professionally presented.
- Assist with flooring installations including preparation, fitting, and finishing for various flooring materials.
- Conduct general property maintenance tasks to keep commercial and residential properties in excellent condition.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the high standards the company is known for.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and follow all workplace safety practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction, property maintenance, or a related trade is essential for this role. Candidates should have skills in at least one of the following areas: plastering, painting, flooring, landscaping, or general renovations.
