Key Responsibilities
- Upload cardboard and return product from route trucks into inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage
- Stack and bundle cardboards for recycling or disposal, keeping the warehouse floor clean and organized
- Pick customer orders by full cases using voice activated or scanner based systems with high accuracy
- Pick customer orders by individual bag on the pre pick module or cart for smaller retail orders
- Load route trucks with product using roller carts or by hand bombing, securing loads properly for transport
- Perform general cleanup and sanitation duties including facility maintenance and ground appearance around the distribution center
- Attend regular scheduled team meetings to stay updated on safety protocols and performance targets
Qualifications
You must be able to work independently and also collaborate effectively in a team environment. The ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is essential.
