Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and set up buffet stations for employee meal services and special events according to established standards.
- Support the culinary team with setup, service level, and cleanup of all meal services throughout the facility.
- Service all banquet events to ensure guest and employee customer satisfaction, anticipating needs and responding with appropriate actions.
- Become familiar with the style and desires of repeat guests, providing personalised attention when possible.

What You Need to Qualify
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Three years of experience in banquet and fine dining is required, with one year of food service experience required. Five years of related experience is preferred. A food handling certificate is preferred. You must be experienced in serving food and beverage and knowledgeable of various service techniques including French service, buffet, a la carte, and wine service. Knowledgeable with the basic function and operation of culinary equipment is essential. Bilingual with fluency in Spanish is preferred. Ability to work on a variety of items daily, demonstrating flexibility to oversee multiple events with little to no supervision. Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential. Time management and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are critical. Physical ability to stand, use hands and fingers, reach, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds is required. Visual acuity is necessary to do the job safely and effectively.
