Key Responsibilities

You will do the following as a Driver and Warehouse Coordinator

  • Review Cargo Receiving Logs daily to ensure accuracy and readiness for delivery

  • Collect, deliver, and recover shipments to and from the airport as required

  • Provide back‑up support to the main delivery driver during leave or absence

  • Ensure company vehicles are securely locked when unattended at airline terminals and client sites

  • Maintain accurate vehicle logs and complete routine vehicle inspections

  • Verify Airway Bills to confirm all shipment details are accurate and complete

  • Check shipment documentation, labels, and markings for compliance with regulations

  • Prepare shipments for Next Flight Out (NFO) services

  • Scan, package, label, and tender inbound shipments for domestic and international destinations

  • Replenish dry ice to correct weights and apply gel packs to maintain temperature control

  • Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory checks

  • Dispatch stock to other locations as required

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and compliant warehouse environment

  • Support general warehouse organisation and stock control

  • Carry out additional duties as needed to support the Operations Team

Qualifications

You need a New Zealand driver’s licence. Previous experience as a courier is required, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or perishables industry. Strong knowledge of the Auckland region is essential. A high level of attention to detail is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. You must be flexible as business needs require. A current Ministry of Justice check is required for this role. No degree is mentioned. Physical fitness to lift and handle shipments is expected.
