Key Responsibilities
You will do the following as a Driver and Warehouse Coordinator
Review Cargo Receiving Logs daily to ensure accuracy and readiness for delivery
Collect, deliver, and recover shipments to and from the airport as required
Provide back‑up support to the main delivery driver during leave or absence
Ensure company vehicles are securely locked when unattended at airline terminals and client sites
Maintain accurate vehicle logs and complete routine vehicle inspections
Verify Airway Bills to confirm all shipment details are accurate and complete
Check shipment documentation, labels, and markings for compliance with regulations
Prepare shipments for Next Flight Out (NFO) services
Scan, package, label, and tender inbound shipments for domestic and international destinations
Replenish dry ice to correct weights and apply gel packs to maintain temperature control
Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory checks
Dispatch stock to other locations as required
Maintain a clean, tidy, and compliant warehouse environment
Support general warehouse organisation and stock control
Carry out additional duties as needed to support the Operations Team
Qualifications
You need a New Zealand driver’s licence. Previous experience as a courier is required, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or perishables industry. Strong knowledge of the Auckland region is essential. A high level of attention to detail is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. You must be flexible as business needs require. A current Ministry of Justice check is required for this role. No degree is mentioned. Physical fitness to lift and handle shipments is expected.
