Key Responsibilities
You will do the following as a Waiter or Waitress:
Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables
Take food and drink orders accurately and answer any menu questions
Serve orders promptly and make sure each dish is presented well
Learn the full menu and cocktail offerings so you can make recommendations
Keep the dining area and bar clean, tidy, and organised throughout your shift
Clear used plates and glasses, then sanitise and reset tables quickly
Handle cashiering duties including payments, change, and receipts
Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting low items
Restock supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments as needed
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
Follow all food safety and hygiene rules without exception
Support opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No prior experience is required because training is provided. Excellent communication skills are essential. You must be able to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays. A positive attitude and team player mentality are a must. Being well groomed and presentable is expected.
