What You Will Do Every Day
You will dust and sanitize all guest room areas including furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. You will perform room services for both occupied and vacant rooms according to hotel standards. You will change bed linens and replace towels with fresh, neatly folded sets. You will clean bathrooms including showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. You will replenish guest amenities such as soaps, shampoos, coffee supplies, and stationery. You will execute luxurious turndown services in the evening, including adjusting bedding, closing curtains, and leaving a small treat or note. What We Are Looking For
A minimum of one year of experience in hotel housekeeping is strongly preferred. You must have excellent organization and communication skills. You need a keen eye for detail and a personal commitment to quality. You must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for full shifts. Lifting up to 15 kilograms is required for moving linens and supplies. You must hold valid work authorization for Canada. No degree is mentioned or required. You should be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and public holidays as needed in a resort setting. A positive attitude and willingness to help teammates are essential. Speaking English fluently is required; additional languages are a bonus.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary for this full time position is CA$30,000 per year. This is a salaried role, not hourly.
