What You Will Do Every Shift

You will take guest orders via phone or digital platforms with warmth and professionalism. You will provide knowledgeable menu guidance, thoughtful upselling, and beverage recommendations. You will carefully package and deliver orders promptly, ensuring presentation is polished and visually compelling. You will coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure order accuracy and timing. You will pack orders to maintain temperature, presentation, and completeness, including all condiments, cutlery, beverages, and accompaniments. You will conduct final quality checks before delivery. You will also deliver in room amenities and conduct regular floor checks to ensure corridors remain clean and aligned with hotel standards. You will handle guest concerns and special requests with efficiency, discretion, and courtesy. You will uphold food safety, sanitation, and Smart Serve regulations at all times.

What We Are Looking For

You need previous experience in a hotel or restaurant of similar size. Previous guest service experience is required. You must possess a valid Smart Serve certification. Good knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails is expected. You should be efficient, quick to learn, and have a pleasant outgoing personality. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. You must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Physical ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and lift up to 15 kilograms is necessary. No degree is mentioned or required.
