Key Responsibilities
Minesite Cleaners and Hospitality Workers ensure that all areas of the site are maintained to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across accommodation, common areas, and workspaces
- Support kitchen and dining operations by assisting with food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
- Serve beverages, manage retail sales, and ensure stock and cleanliness in retail areas
- Perform housekeeping duties to keep rooms and facilities clean, tidy, and safe
- Maintain outdoor areas, including gardens and grounds, to ensure they are visually appealing and hazard-free
- Assist other site operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
Qualifications
Successful candidates are reliable, physically capable, and experienced in cleaning or hospitality roles.
- Background in hospitality, housekeeping, industrial, or commercial cleaning
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in remote and hot weather conditions
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Western Australian Driver’s Licence required
- Ability to work 11-hour shifts, either day or night, and assist across multiple areas
- Must have unrestricted Australian work rights
