A full-time Shift Leader position is available at CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice in South Jordan, Utah. As a Shift Leader, you will manage daily store operations, supervise and train staff, ensure a positive customer experience, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Training will be provided at the Provo, Utah location, and this position offers opportunities to advance into supervisory or managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with high-quality drinks and friendly service
- Take customer orders using the POS system and offer personalized recommendations
- Assist with inventory management and maintain a constant supply of ingredients
- Support store operations through management reporting, scheduling, and staff supervision
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and company standards
- Prepare toppings and beverages while ensuring consistent quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment following organizational standards
- Promote new products and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of related experience in fast-paced retail or food service environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Quick learner, proactive, and capable of problem-solving under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining high service standards
- Authorized to work in the USA and hold a Utah Food Handler Permit
- Ability to work both day and evening shifts as required
