Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with high-quality beverages and friendly service
- Take customer orders using the POS system and provide personalized recommendations
- Assist in promoting new drinks and seasonal offerings
- Support store management with staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Train new and current employees on proper service practices and company procedures
- Prepare ingredients, toppings, and drinks while ensuring consistent quality
- Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions in compliance with organizational standards
- Generate management reports and assist with day-to-day operational decisions
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of related experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Quick learner with problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Authorized to work in the USA and hold a Utah Food Handler Permit
- Availability to work day and evening shifts as scheduled
